What's at stake

Your operations are just as critical as your product.

Internal silos, tech debt, and process bloat are quietly the most damaging forces behind higher costs and slower growth, and most teams are too close to see them clearly:

The Approach

AI is operational strategy shaped around how your company actually runs.

01 Operations first

Diagnose

A practical assessment that maps how your strategic vision translates into day-to-day processes. It establishes a baseline, finds the gaps, and ranks every opportunity by speed, cost, bandwidth, and impact.

  • Initial and ongoing operational evaluations
  • Process analysis from strategy to measurable deliverables
  • KPI, SLA, SLO, NPS drivers that accurately reflect performance
  • Prioritization matrixed by speed, cost, bandwidth, and impact
02 The Liftoff

Design

The roadmap and tools are built from the ground up, reverse-engineering to what your teams need most. We know which processes to fix, what and how to build, and how to make the biggest impact on your bottom line.

  • Needs and feasibility assessment
  • Strategy, roadmap, and solution design
  • Tool builds and testing
  • Project management
03 Adoption that lasts

The tech isn't impressive if no one uses it. Integration means redesigned workflows, sustained team-wide use, change management, feedback loops, and customized training. AI becomes the underpinning of your organization.

  • Pilot tests, workflow redesigns, and change management
  • Success metrics and feedback loops
  • Team training and training strategies
  • A company-wide innovation pipeline to sustain momentum

Services

Right-sized engagement for immediate impact.

The 3 phases

One complete transformation, built as three progressing stand-alone services.
At the end of each phase, you decide whether to move to the next.

Portfolio Operations

One operating partner across every company you back. The same assessment and transformation method, applied consistently, so each company gets senior operational judgment without a full-time hire, and you get reporting that reads the same from one board meeting to the next.

Extended Engagement

A customized long-term engagement depending on your needs and results.

For VC & PE firms

One operating partner across your entire portfolio.

The same transformation work, delivered as a single embedded resource who evaluates how each portfolio company runs and improves it: without the cost of a full-time hire per company or an outside consulting engagement.

  • One role covers every portfolio company, replacing per-company hires or consultant contracts.
  • A single, proven method for reviewing internal processes, applied consistently across the portfolio.
  • Standardized business practices across companies, simplifying reporting and raising quality.
  • Clear, cost-effective AI implementation guidance that cuts through market noise.
  • Dedicated bandwidth for the cross-portfolio projects leadership already knows are needed.

"Building the plane as it's taking off" is very real, but it's not a badge of honor.

It's when you most need operational foundations that can keep up.

About

Introducing Dania Toth Creative:

Your operating partner for transformation and AI.

Senior experience with a unique methodology

Hi, I'm Dania, a senior operations and AI consultant for tech and startup leaders. With me as your operating partner, you get 12 years of data-driven, customer-focused senior leadership experience with a patient, optimistic, and creative collaborator who genuinely enjoys ambiguity and pivots.

Evaluating and building operations is my life's work and my passion. After learning the ropes at a startup venture studio, I managed Mag7 strategy and operations for Accenture and then at Salesforce, interfacing with Fortune 500 leaders during prolonged catastrophic incidents. Ask me what it's like talking to irate CTOs every day.

Unconventional origins

Before gravitating to tech operations, I was on track for the US diplomatic corps. After graduating from Duke University with degrees in Public Policy and Arabic (and receiving two of the university's highest honors for leadership and service), I spent several years living across the Middle East and North Africa during the turbulent post-Arab Spring period. I directed the American Corner Cultural Center in Tunis, Tunisia for AMIDEAST and the US Department of State, served as a guest lecturer at Dar al-Uluum Royal Women's University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and coached the Qatari National Debate Team through the Qatar Foundation in Doha. My passion for communication started even earlier: at 17, I founded a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to bring competitive speech and debate to underserved communities in North Carolina. I'm currently writing a book called Public and Professional Speaking for ESL Learners.
